Create Your Account

How to sign up with an email address and password or with a Google account, what the password rules are, and what to expect after you submit.

Last updated

Signing up takes one screen at /signup. There is no contract and no minimum spend; you add traffic when you are ready.

Create an account with an email address

  1. Open /signup.
  2. Enter your email address.
  3. Enter a password that satisfies the rules below.
  4. Select the create-account button.

Create an account with Google

Select the Google button instead of filling in the form. You are sent to Google to approve the connection and returned to the dashboard. No password is stored for your account when you sign up this way.

Password rules

The same rules apply when you sign up and when you change your password later.

RuleRequirement
LengthAt least 8 characters
LowercaseAt least one lowercase letter
UppercaseAt least one uppercase letter
DigitAt least one number

The form checks these as you type. A password that fails a rule cannot be submitted.

What happens after you submit

One of two things, depending on how the account is configured.

You land in the dashboard immediately. No email step, no waiting. This is the usual case.

You are asked to confirm your email. If email confirmation is switched on, the form shows a notice: Check your email for a confirmation link to finish creating your account. Open the email and follow the link, then sign in. If the message does not arrive within a few minutes, check the spam folder before contacting support.

Note

Your email address is your account identity. It is the address invoices are associated with and the one you will use to sign in. Use an address you control and will keep access to.
