Web scraping
Collect data reliably with clean IPs and high success rates.
An agent that drives proxies by hand spends its turns writing HTTP calls and parsing errors. LightningBytes runs a Model Context Protocol server at a single endpoint, so Claude, Cursor, VS Code or any MCP client can list sub-users, generate endpoints, rotate exit IPs and read usage as plain tools, using the same scoped API tokens you already created.

Any Streamable HTTP client works with the endpoint. These are the ones the dashboard ships a copy-ready config block for.
Any other Streamable HTTP client works too. The dashboard names the transport field each client needs, which is the one place they differ.
MCP lets a client like Claude Code, Cursor or VS Code ask the server for its tools once, then call them with typed arguments, instead of a model inventing HTTP requests and guessing at the replies. The LightningBytes server exposes the same operations as the dashboard: sub-users, allocations, endpoints, rotation, checks and usage.
Auth is the API token you already have, sent as a bearer credential, with the same product and pool scope. A call outside that scope is refused. Each request builds its own server instance, so nothing is shared between requests or accounts.
Pre-filtered clean IPs, precise targeting and full protocol support, built for reliable work at scale.
A single URL every mainstream MCP client can reach, with no local bridge to run for the clients that speak it natively.
The same bearer token that authenticates the HTTP API authenticates MCP, so there is no second credential to issue or rotate.
The token's product and pool pairs apply unchanged, so an agent can only touch what the token was granted.
Products, locations, sub-users, allocations, endpoints, proxy checks and usage, each a typed tool the client can call.
List, create and delete sub-users, reset a proxy password, enable or disable access and set a traffic allocation.
Generate proxy endpoints for a sub-user and rotate their exit IPs without a dashboard visit.
Ask the server to connect through an endpoint and report the exit IP, its country and the proxy-hop latency.
Read balances, traffic totals and history, and break traffic down by sub-user and by country.
Tools call the same operations layer as /api/v1, so a change lands on both surfaces and the two cannot drift.
No tool buys traffic, changes a plan or reads an invoice. The one buy affordance hands back a dashboard link for a human.
Copy-ready blocks for Claude Code, Claude Desktop, Cursor, VS Code and generic clients, each with the transport field that client requires.
A printable doc covers the endpoint, the header, the tool groups and the two boundaries an agent operator needs to know.
An agent that can call typed tools spends its turns on the job instead of on request plumbing.
The client discovers the tool list once and calls it with typed arguments, so a model is not inventing endpoints or misreading error shapes.
MCP reuses the account's existing API tokens and their scope, so access is revoked exactly where it was granted.
Provision a sub-user, generate an endpoint, rotate its IP and read the traffic it used, all from the agent's own session.
